Penetrator Fittings

Penetrator Fittings provide the means for lightning cables to safely pass through roofs and walls providing concealment of the system.

Application Copper tube sleeve allows lightning cable to run through the tube without being broken or spliced.
Description Unit 1 consists of a ¾” (19mm) I.D. ridged copper tube, length per (OPT 1) soldered to a brass washer and a 6”x6”x.047” (152mm x 152mm x 1.2mm) copper mounting flange plate. This is secured to the roof deck prior to installation of roofing or waterproofing materials. Top of tube may temporarily plugged to prevent blockage be debris during construction.
Roofing contractor to waterproof this unit to the roofing system when installed.

Unit 2 consists of a ¾ (19mm) OD - to - 5/8” (15.8mm) ID. copper reducer fitting attached to 5/8” (15.8mm) x 21” (533mm) soft bendable copper tube.
This is attached to unit 1 after cables have been installed in both units
Bend tube to desired shape to maintain smooth radius bends

Application Penetration of lightning cable through a PVC conduit
Description Mechanical Penetration fitting including:
Opt 1 PVC Cap for affixing on to the top end of PVC conduit chases.
Opt 2 - Bottom End has a 2-bolt hex straight mechanical cable connector
Opt 3 - Top End has a 2-way horizontal cable connector c/w ½” Stainless steel hardware and EPDM washer.
Top and bottom end are connected by a ½” (12.7mm) stainless steel threaded rod.
